The end is coming

Jake just called me. He asked Carrie to marry him, of course she said "yes". That pretty much means that everyone my age is now married or soon to be. I get a sick feeling just thinking about it.

Short Update

I have an interview/dinner in a couple hours with XTO Energy. I'm not sure that I even want to interview with them, I already have a job this summer but I guess if the job was right and the money good enough I would go work for them. Anyways, I need to go get in the shower, I'm looking like a mountain man - need to shave.

Well

I just got a call from XTO Energy and they want to take me out to eat on the 20th to discuss coming to work for them. I have already signed on with Hilcorp Energy but did not enjoy working for them over Christmas break and this summer would be more of the same. Not really sure what to do. Another thing is that the XTO job would be in Midland while the Hilcorp job would be in downtown Houston and that is where Nicole is going to be. I guess I'll just go and listen and here what what they have to say, it can't hurt.

Fun Fun Fun

Well I have spent the day taking a Cal 3 test and looking at apartments. Both things are totall different tasks but equally suck. The math test only had 5 problems on it but they had weird symbols that made no sense to me, I am passing this class and have no clue what the material is or how to work it. As far as the apartment searching - I am moving out of my house in the middle of July and have to find a new place to live but since this is a college town this process must start now, 4 months from when I plan on leasing, otherwise I will be living in a very undesirable part of town.
